Description
Our large direct client is in need of a Sr. Business Process Analyst to fill a 4-month contract position in Warren, NJ. This person will be responsible for working with the Sr IT Services Manager to define and document new & existing processes within IT. This client is in the process of outsourcing the testing team, so they need to look at all their existing processes and make adjustments to interface with the new vendor. Will also need to define new processes to support this relationship. They are also in the process of implementing IBM's Jazz suite of SDLC tools. Existing processes need to be updated and new processes need to be defined to integrate this new tool into their workflows.We will call qualified candidates after review.
