My client a large blue chip business has an immediate need for a Reward Communications Manager. My client finds themselves at an interesting cross-roads in their history with large scale organisational change currently been undertaken, as part of this change they have currently re-structured their Rewards team to be more focussed on a proactive service to the business. This re-structured team is award-winning, with strong structure and offering market leading packages.

The challenge they face is the need to pro-actively promote these benefits to the employee base and get increased uptake on various packages is critical. We need a Reward Communication Manager who can lead on this initiative and take these benefits to the wider business.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Fresh and dynamic approach to reward, using innovative ideas to gain uptake
  • Effective communication of all reward Benefits to 10,00 + employees
  • Increase uptake of all reward products
  • Develop innovative channels using Social media, mobile, online communication

A the successful candidate you will have had a fats-track career in Reward, you will have demonstrable experience of increasing the uptake in reward products across a large business using innovative ideas and will have strong experience/understanding of the use of Social Media and its use in Reward.
