Description Financial/Inventory Analyst - 18 week contract
Hours of Position: 8:30-5:00
Travel to other San Francisco, San Jose Hospitals
Requirements:
Must be comfortable working in a Hospital environment with patients cannot be squeamish
BA in Finance or Accounting required plus 2- 3+ years of direct relevant experience.
Prefer 2-3 years experience in Medical Office Environment or Healthcare
Must have attention to detail and be innovative and determined to locate equipment at Hospital Locations
Must have proven data entry
Intermediate to Advanced Excel & Access
Ability to conduct weeks of research in office prior to hospital visit
Must be able to walk all day while on site visits
Able to crawl, squeeze and find equipment throughout Hospitals
Must have own car to drive to various locations
Must be determined and accept cheerfully imperfect conditions
Strong communication & people skills required due to a variety of locations and people
Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated to complete projects
Must enjoy working in a Hospital Environment
Job Description:
Locating Inventory and Reconcile Capitol Assets per Policy
Researching, Locating, recording and reconciling Equipment Assets
Locate equipment at Hospital Locations
Researching records and equipment maintenance systems (can take a week of research before visit)
Cold Calls to Asset Custodians
On Site Search for Assets
Raw Data and Collection using Hand Held Scanner
Reporting Reconciliation using Excel & Access Based Reports
Scrubbing And Standardization of Asset Data Collection On Site
