Customs/Trade Analyst - Contract - Krakow, Poland
On behalf of our global client, a consulting company, we are looking for a Customs/Trade Analyst for operational support of their import/export and trade compliance global project starting in August for a minimum of 1 - 2 years.
Customs/Trade Analyst Requirements:
- Experience in international customs regulations
- Knowledge of free trade agreement principles eg NAFTA
- Intermediate knowledge of MS suite such as memos, spreadsheets, slides, standard work documents
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs (including customs brokerage)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work on ERP platforms [Oracle] and other designed tools to support customs compliance subjects and classification, origin, valuation, operational transactions and risk assessment tools
- Excellent communication skills as well as a confident demeanour, thorough with very good organisation skills
Customs/Trade Analyst will provide expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyse data and report results either as front or Back Office support within operational support and escalation management, centralized customs processes, compliance reporting, audits, and training.
