Description
A global pharmaceutical organisation is currently looking for an experienced Project Engineer to work at their facility in Russia. Looking for a project engineer to be responsible for all site activities on a new multi-million dollar project.Looking for a Project Engineer with prior experience of working in Russia and who has a good understanding of Russian construction rules; solid EHS understanding and good knowledge of permit to work rules.
Project:
-They are currently investing $150 + Million into a new build packaging and granulation facility.
-Building to be commissioned by the end of 2013 when phase one is complete.
Role:
-Working alongside the Project Director to help assist in the safe delivery and co-ordination of all site activities
-Maintain the relevant quality standards in line with the project cost and time plans.
-Provide professional leadership and advice to the local site team of Contractors management supervisors and SHE team on the sequencing and delivery of construction activities.
Requirements:
-Experience of working in Russia
-Health and Safety / EHS Understanding
-Knowledge of permit to work rules
-Understanding of Russian construction rules
-Project Controls experience would be a distinct advantage.
