This innovative and award winning company creates wrap platforms - A wrap platform essentially allows financial advisors to manage their clients' money more effectively.
Your responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and implementing customer facing web applications for this award winning platform provider. There will also be a highly innovative Greenfield Project that you will have a key part in working on.
Therefore they are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic software (Java/ J2EE) developer to implement changes on the front end of the platform and develop related products from the ground up. You will be involved in technical design, development, testing, and support as well as providing technical guidance and support to less experienced members of the team. This is a brand new team within the company and so you will have the opportunity to really have an impact on the technologies and the environments used within the company! The tools used in the team at the moment include:

-Java Messaging Service

-.NET
-Websphere Application Server
-Javascript

-LDAP
You should therefore have mastered more than one programming language (Java is preferable), and be able to demonstrate a successful string of projects, as well as being a highly analytical person that can sensibly discuss situations and ideas. You will be working on some complex projects, and will be in a more senior position on the team.
