Role
Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere acting as both the 1st point of contact for all level 2 issues as well as assisting with the delivery of technology and infrastructure projects (locally & internationally). Coordinate solutions reviews and submit recommendations for assigned projects.
Background;
- 2/3 years in second level support (MS Office/BASIC NETWORKING/HARDWARE etc)
- Strong experience with Active Directory user, group and group policy management
- Management of Veeam Backups, Symantec backup exec/endpoint protection, exch 2010
- Windows server
Desirable
- VMware ESX server
- Lotus Notes and Domino
- Lotus Domino
- Supporting Cisco Networks
- Sharepoint administration
