Description
Senior Consultant/Delivery Manager for a major Norwegian Consultancy, operating in the Microsoft/Citrix/VMware for a range of banking and finance clients that use this consultancies managed desktop and server hosting environment.
Description of duties:
It involves having a comprehensive and operational responsibility for one or more desktop/server client platforms.
This means the following:
Responsible for operational dialogue and interaction with the customer relationships including; deliverables, management and operations
Professional management responsibility for a customer dedicated team of technical resources which are all concerned with the quality of customer platform
Plan, monitor and ensure the quality of customer deliveries and smaller projects (time - cost - quality), and that deliveries are billed accurately.
Overall responsibility for ensuring good quality in the operation of the individual customer platform through the management of its personnel and monitoring of services/supplies from other devices that help in running operation
Contribute to the customer experience and offer our clients the highest level of expertise and strategic advice on their technical environment.
Keeping abreast of technology and trends in relevant areas
Expertise:
Broad technical understanding within the Microsoft/VMware/Citrix
Higher education in a relevant area, ex IT College. Experience can compensate lack of formal education
Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant areas
Expertise in Microsoft related solutions
