The opportunity to work for a well renowned financial institution and be a part of their exciting Organisational Change Management Improvement Program.

Your role:

The Senior Change Manager is a member of the organisation's change management team established to grow the organisation's change capability and culture. The Senior Change Manager will be accountable for the all business change management activities for the organisation's change management program. This includes responsibility for the development and implementation of the program's change strategy, providing specialist change management advice & coaching, and supporting uplift of OCM capability across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Define and develop the program change management strategy and approach, in consultation with the OCM working group, ensuring it is clear, understood and accounted for in all phases and areas of the program
  • Ensure high quality change outcomes are achieved through execution of a consistent change management methodology across the OCM Improvement Program (including but not limited to outcomes in areas such as change impact assessment, learning needs, coaching, behavioural change, communications and benefits realisation planning)
  • Develop and maintain strong partnering relationships with the OCM working group, Training & Development and Communications Managers to ensure seamless delivery of service to all divisions from across the program team
  • Facilitate workshops, lead training and implementation seminars, present colleagues updates, and provide comprehensive documentation and coaching to the divisional people leaders targeted by the OCM improvement program
  • Build relationships and develop initiatives to enhance delivery of change with key divisional and organisational stakeholders

To be successful for this role, you will have the following skills:

Essential:

  • Proven Organisational Change Management skills and experience
  • Excellent history of delivery in sustainable changes
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail - ability to identify potential weaknesses and threats and attend to them before escalation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Desirable:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in related discipline
  • Project management qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodology and its application during the project management life cycle
