Job description:
Back Office Analysts will provide "Business as Usual" support to the user community, responding to service requests for clinic cancellations and setting up ad-hoc clinics using the Schtools tool. They will also maintain personnel DCWs and perform CRS account configuration and maintenance using the HNAUser tool.
