Description
Currently we are seeking a System Support Analyst to be responsible for critical Support of the Talent Management System, SuccessFactors. High-level assistance with training courses; internal forum postings, mailbox support, manage training calendar for internal course work. Responsible for creating and maintaining an annual calendar for training and corporate development as well as enhancement of current processes and procedures.
Analyze current processes & procedures, provide solutions based on research, help remain within budget. Be comfortable providing solutions to management and be able to take things to the "next step." Perform a variety of system related functions for the supported HR system. Research and respond professionally to user problems related to system/processes/general issues. Acts as the first level of help desk for any user issue. Collects necessary documentation from the user, troubleshoots the problem to determine if the problem is training, configuration, or software defect. Coordinates with necessary parties to resolve any issues/defects. Provides coaching to the user if the problem is determined to be user error.
