Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible to perform detailed analysis and assessments utilizing process mapping, data analytics, and process quality techniques to identify gaps and opportunities for process efficiencies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, key performance indicators and metrics, and develop business cases to support operational improvement initiatives.
Strong skills in process improvements, process mapping and project management experience. If they have six sigma, it would be a strong attribute. Most of the Analysis should be on the functional side, rather than all technical.
