RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with the marketing specialists as part of a multi-disciplinary marketing and communications team to communicate, coordinate, and execute an integrated marketing communications plan in support of energy efficiency programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with implementing advertising initiatives and media plans.
  • Produce campaign analytics reports as required.
  • Assist with the development, writing, and communication of project scope sheets, status reports and presentations.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Execute standard mail and email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Act as a liaison with marketing vendors including graphic designers, printers, fulfillment vendors and materials warehouse.
  • Enter updates to several web sites using content management tools.
  • Maintain various databases including photography, trade ally, and collateral.
SKILLS

MUST HAVE the following: Copy writing and copy editing - provide samples (or be ready to have them at the interview), Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Experience working with graphic designers and commercial printing and Direct mail experience - all aspects from concept through mailing. 3-5 years' experience working in a marketing agency. Associates or bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Strong writing skills required, including copy writing experience. Requires a strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing mix with an emphasis on production. Experience with Photoshop, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Publisher, Google Analytics, Content management software and Constant Contact. Proficiency in Lotus Notes a plus.
