Temporary assignment for a contractor who has previous compliant handling experience within the Insurance Sector.
You will be required to take calls from customers who have recently been informed of changes to their Pensions Policies.
Ideally you will have experience of handling corporate pension policy queries and complaints from a variety of levels including people who do not really know the policy inside out and others who will pick it apart.
