Senior Consultant Document & Case Management - BPMN, Enterprise Architecture, UML, RUP
For a project with the European Commission in Brussels we are looking for a Senior Consultant Document & Case Mgt.
Context
Infrastructure rationalization and case management is a multi-DG project that follows the insight project (Business Process Analysis project of DG COMP).
Nature of the tasks
- Define the common needs of the DG's involved.
- Define future requirements (technical) for drafting an RFP
- Provision of advice and assistance in the area of Document Management and Case Management.
- Provision of quality plans, service level agreements, quality control and evaluation, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information systems projects.
- Management of quality tests
- Functional requirements and business case analysis
- Elaboration of vision documents
- Provision of technical studies, technical expertise, technical evaluations in relation with information systems
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to translate BPMN 2.0 artefacts into technical requirements
- Service Oriented Architecture
- Gap Analysis
- Market analysis for IT solutions
- Drawing of vision documents
- Knowledge of modelling tools (eg UML)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (eg RUP)
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing studies
- Strong capacity to give high level presentations
- Ability to apply high quality standards
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
- Knowledge of Legal matters is a strong asset
- Knowledge of ARIS is an asset
- RFP drafting experience is an asset
Specific expertise
The candidate shall have extensive knowledge of Document Management and Case Management from an architectural point of view.
Education and experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in IT
- Minimum 18 years of relevant studies and experience after secondary school
