Description
EDT Global are working with a centrally located organisation that are currently looking for a number of change consultants to join a growing and ever changing project.
The incoming change consultants will need to provide change management expertise to plan, track and implement change in addition to providing some leadership and management to the change team.
Some of the other duties of the role are listed below:
Analyse and mitigate all change impacts
Creation and implementation of Communication Plan
Creation and implementation of relevant Business Unit Change & Business Readiness Plan
Creation and implementation of role mapping
Manage training deployment
Manage, monitor and report business readiness
Engage with relevant stakeholders including contributing to the Program wide BI
Co-ordinate policy, procedures, business rule review and development
Manage the deployment/change network
Another key aspect of the role is overall business readiness with stakeholders, so Analysis, engagement plans, communications plans and the following:
Role Mapping
Security Access Provision
Policies & Procedures Updates
Resourcing & Staff Transition
Job Impact Assessments
Job Alignment Plan
End User Infrastructure
Change/Readiness Network
The overall task is to make sure that the stakeholders are confident about the changes that are to be implemented, that the changes are positive from a users perspective.
