Amoria Bond is currently searching for a Electrical Design Engineer for contract based work in the Midlands. The role is to start ASAP depending on the availability of the right person.

Our client is a world wide leader within the rail industry and is looking strengthen there existing technical team in preparation of starting a new exciting project.

The Successful Electrical Design Engineer will have expertise in the following areas:
*Currently employed as a Electrical design engineer. Able to Produce mechanical installation designs for the implementation of GSM-R cab radio's or similar systems (ERTMS, Public Information, CCTV, WiFi, etc) to pre-determined standards and best practice
*Able to Produce supporting electrical design information (Electrical Risk Assessments, FMECA's, electrical protection calculations, earth bond calculations etc)
*Able to Specify electrical equipment required (Relays, MCB,s, Switches, cables etc)
*Able to perform Vehicle surveying
*Able to Produce Bills of Material, installation instructions etc
*Vehicle Maintenance and Overhaul Instructions
*Current experience of CAD systems (AutoCAD preferred)

The starting date is ASAP and interview slots will be this Thursday and Friday
