Roc Search is currently recruiting for a Senior Public Health Engineer
Public Health Engineer, Public Health, Mechanical, Design, Mechanical Design, Building Services
My client is a consultancy based in Central London that jhave just taken on some large scale, luxurious residential projects that require extra manpower. This is initially a 6 moth rolling contract and will be extended for the correct candidate.
Experience:
Ability to manage own discipline on medium scale projects as a minimum.
Ideally the ability to manage MEP team including junior engineers and CAD staff on small to large scale projects
Ideally chartered or Incorporated (depending on experience)
Experience working on small and medium/large scale residential and mixed use developments from concept to detailed design + ability to manage design intent through the construction stage.
Excellent proven technical ability in own discipline from concept to detailed design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and architects
Ability to manage design process
Ability to produce technical drawings and specifications to detailed design
Ability to hit the ground running
