Description
We are currently looking for a WebServices - Training Specialist with knowledge of HelpStudio3 to be in charge of developing customer relations.
The role will focus on the:
- Improve client satisfaction using on-line help/training/documentation/demos
- Reduce the training costs
- Development, publishing and maintenance of the Online Help in support to the new features of the Portal
Desired Profile:
- Excellent knowledge of HelpStudio3 from Innovasys
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Graphical skills (Illustration & Animation - 2D & 3D, Adobe's CS3 Suite: Photoshop, Flash, DreamWeaver, Illustrator)
- 3-5 years E-learning and training experience
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS and FTP skills
- Minimum 5 years in Web/IT Domain
- Min 5 years in User Manuals/online help developments
- Very good interpersonal skills
This is a long-term contract, full-time, on-site.
