Change Manager, HR, SAP
My client is undergoing a major HR transformation programme, transitioning from Oracle to SAP HR system. They are now urgently seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to help deliver and implement the change.
The key aspects of the role will be to drive the change through stakeholder engagement whilst managing risks and issues along the way. Therefore, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience delivering business change on an HR systems transformation programme and must have SAP experience. This is a business focused position, not a technical role and the applicants project experience must demonstrate this.
