Provides and develops functional expertise to support Consumer, Multi Channel Marketing (MCM) and Digital initiatives.Identifies and facilitates sharing of best practice in MCM, Consumer and Digital practices and analytics between regions.
Provides in-house analytic capabilities to leverage data from existing consumer quantitative surveys to inform current business decisions.
Advances the use of digital analytics and metrics.
Serves as a source of expertise for members on MCM, Consumer & Digital marketing to enhance effectiveness of regional colleagues in their client interactions.
Develop, update, and refine Marketing Mix Models.
