Fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Engineer in London! Proteus Europe, operating as an employment agency, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to work in Wembley on a permanent basis. Our client, an international organisation is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their established team! As an IT Support Engineer your main goals/mission will be:1) To ensure Production have all files required to meet customer SLAs
2) To ensure availability and efficient running of systems for Production use
3) To ensure all Live & Test data is processed and administered as per internal / external customer requirements
4) To update & maintain process and workflow diagrams and documents5) To actively manage incidents, close out and record resolutions The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with Windows OS, CIS (datacard) platform and system architecture. Although not essential any ITIL experience would be of great interest to our client.
