Filenet Technical Support Analyst
Great Opportunity for the Filenet Professional! Currently, we are seeking a Filenet Technical Support Analyst to join our team of professionals. Selected individual will perform various configuration/maintenance activities within the FileNet Content Services and P8 environments
- Perform demonstrations, presentations and training of FiletNet Content Services and P8
- Provide ongoing support to customers using FileNet Content Services and P8Work with customers to develop and document business requirements Maintain communications with customers, internal development team, and management as needed
- Experience with IBM FileNet Content Services and/or the P8 platform Ability to deal with complex issues and identify effective solutions Ability to work with virtual team members, vendors, consultants and customers Excellent communications skills Strong ability to multitask
Desired Qualifications Experience migrating customers from one document management system to another, preferably IBM Content Services to P8 Experience with Sword Fusion BPM and Fusion P8 software
Experience with Oracle AutoVue Enterprise Visualization Solutions Working knowledge with a variety of Enterprise Document Management system tools and applications
