Role: ODI Developer
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Harrow, UK
Skills & Description:
Should have strong experience in ODI Development.
Should have strong hands- on experience in PL/SQL.
Secondary skills
Good Knowledge and hands on experience in Data ware housing and OBIEE
Worked very closely with data/solution architects to gather business, data and functional requirements.
Understand the source data components and how they integrate with each other and existing EDW structure
Designing and implementing ETL architectures based on the business, data and functional required that were gathered by Data Architects
Understand and review mapping specifications provided by the data/solutions architects.
Developed, Maintained and Documented ODI Interfaces and Packages.
Reviewed the delivered ETL and DB component
Deployment and integration testing of these components in QA Support QA (resolve issues and release fixes)
UAT and production support down the road.
Provide necessary documentation and leave it to production support
Reverse Engineered source and target models (flat files, Sql Server tables, Oracle tables).
Extensive hands-on experience to design and implement BI/ETL architecture solutions according to ODI standard practices
