My client a leading multinational based in Dublin City Centre has an immediate contract for a Project/Product Manager with a strong IVR background. You will need 5-6 years experience in the design and management of IVRs in Contact Centres.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering voice, chat and email (including telecom, IVR, CTI, call routing) initiatives, projects and requests. Also required to define metrics, roadmaps and strategies. Your key focus will be around IVR operations and management.

To be considered for this role:

  • Strong background in Business Systems Analysis and Project Management through the product life cycle.
  • Knowledge of Genesys or Avaya platforms/infrastructure an advantage
  • Knowledge of integrated, global call centre technologies to support IVR, CRM, CTI integration and skills-based routing in a VoIP environment
