Description
A national bank in Chicago is currently seeking a senior level support analyst for a 6-month contract-to-hire position. The idea support specialist will be an expert in automation and be able to assist with multiple financial applications.This position has become available due to expansion of the Chicago presence. Hourly rates will range between $45/hr and $55/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities call for:
- Support for several department applications
- Process Documentation
- Debugging of applications
- Implementation and management of existing technologies
Requirements for this role call for:
- Experience with PowerShell and VB Script
- Experience with the BMC Control-M and xMatters application
- Experience a multitude of Microsoft System Center Products
- 3 years experience within the financial industry in a 2nd of 3rd level support role.
- Experience with Visio
