Electronic Design Engineer

Contract

3 Months+

East Midlands

My client is looking for an Electronic Design Engineer join on an initial 3 month contract.

The Role:

- Electronic Design Engineer

- Feedback design reviews and FMEA with Manager & Team

Required:

- Excellent knowledge of electronic and Electrical engineering and design of control systems relevant to fuel cells and power systems

- PCB Layout / schematic capture with an industry standard CAD package, ideally Altium Designer.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes for electronics prototyping

Desired Skills:

- Embedded microprocessor design experience - ideally PIC / TI

- Power supply design (linear, SMPS, battery chargers)

- Design of circuits to drive and protect inductive loads

- Design for EMC compliance
