My client, a fast growing manufacturing and distribution company, is looking for a web developer to help it expand into a new revenue stream, by setting up its own website instead of using online retailers to distribute. This role would be starting as a 6 month contract based role, but depending on project completion, an extension may very well be possible.Because of the nature of the project, my client require a web developer with a specific range of skills. They are looking for -
- In depth PHP/MySQL Development experience
- Experience of using ASP.NET, specifically with NOP Commerce
- An understanding of object orientated PHP5
- Excellent understanding of efficient MySQL
- Experience of MVC methodologies
- Knowledge of both Windows and Unix based operating systems and development frameworks.
My client is looking to fill this role as soon as possible, rates paid are dependant on experience; examples of past web development work would put a candidate in a good position with my client.
The successful candidate would be enthusiastic, have a passion for web development, be able to plan methodically and have very high standards.
