Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain CAFM and Engineering drawings per company standards, service level agreements, Global and Local Site guidelines and Document Control Practices.
- Support all service requests for Engineering Drawing Document management, may include but not limited to: Drawing Search requests, Permit Drawings creation, Redline incorporations.
- Support all service requests for CAFM management, may include but not limited to: Data Updates, Lab Layout and Design, scenarios, Poly-line and Arch-master updates.
- Maintain accurate Tririga/CAFM Data, may include but not limited to: People Locations, Allocation details.
- Support Ad Hoc Request that relate to CAD and CAFM Drawings: Scanning Drawings, Indexing Drawings, Field Verification.
- Ad-hoc Data and drawings requests as needed.
- Maintain Hardcopy and Electronic Project Turnover Documentation where applicable.
- Participate in the monthly meeting and sub-team meetings as needed.
- Provide Audit details on a monthly basis or on special request.
- Provide training as needed.
- Develop key relationships with other departments as needed.
