Ericsson Core Network Support Engineer: Networkers PLC client is urgently seeking the skills Ericsson Core Support Engineer to join a project based in Djibouti with the below competence.
Job description:
- Advanced experience within Ericsson GSM/WCDMA core network (AXE & MGw platforms).
- Strong Core Competences MSC/HLR/AUC/MGW/CSM
- First analysis and troubleshooting of CSR
- Dispatch of CSR to Global Support
- Follow-up CSRs resolution progress via SMS tool
- 24/7 Emergency handling
- Collect and analyze MSS interface tracing
- Core nodes alarms analysis
- MGW call path tracing
- New MDE loading and testing
- Support customer with daily operations when needed
- Loading new announcements to MGWs
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years relative experience
- CSRs follow-up
- KPIs reports - troubleshooting reports and action plans on major and critical issues
Preferred additional Qualification
- BSC/RNC/Transmission
