SAP ABAP HR CONSULTANT - FRANCE
Major Global software solutions company require an experienced SAP ABAP HR consultant that can understand requirements from functional specifications clearly & is able to map the requirements to prepare technical specification. The successful candidate will be implementing the solution based on technical specification & resolves issues independently in the areas of own skills. MUST HAVE good knowledge about quality process able to guide the team in using the various quality tools. Be able to mentor 2-3 technical consultants & support them in developing solutions along with Basic ABAP capabilities, candidate must have basic knowledge in one of the other areas such as Data migration techniques or conversant with basicknowledge of ALE/IDOCs or Any one of the Advanced ABAP areas which includes: 1. BAPIs & performance tuning, 2. Enhancement techniques 3. Workflow 4. Smart forms 5. ABAP upgrade 6. Unicode conversion Should have atleast 4 - 6years of experience in SAP ABAP & has atleast 2 implementation projects' experience &/or has exposure to support projects. Understands the functionality of the requirement & creation of Technical Specification for the object. Knowledge about Payroll, Time Management, Payroll Driver Program, Uploading time data(CATS), Running the payroll. Good knowledge about the Benefits Module, Payroll Related Infotypes, Payroll status record, Payroll control record, Posting data to FI. ALE/IDOC, BADI's related to Benefits/TimeManegement/Payroll. Knowledge about HR Upgrade project & Unicode Conversion.
