Description
My client a large multinational has an immediate contract for an experienced IVR Operations Specialist Product Manager, to join their Global Self Service (GSS) team. This is a twelve month contract role and possibility to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive, manage, lead and implement IVR operations
- Liaise with and act as the contact point for Business representatives and CS operations
- Track, Document and escalate recommendation gap analysis as and when they arise
- Testing, Quality assurance and reporting recommendations on all IVR applications,
Experience and Requirements:
- Previously worked in a fast paced environment
- Strong Relationship, managerial, evaluation and communication skills
- Background in Telecom network architecture (IVR design)
- Bachelors or Master's Degree within a related discipline.
- Experience of 6+ years in Business systems analyst or related work experience.
- Experience within support/Customer Care
- Knowledge of Genesys or Avaya platforms/infrastructure an advantage.
