Change Management Consultant

This is a 6 month contract opportunity.

Our Client is seeking a Change Management Consultant.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge and experience of change to work on a couple of change projects with the Upstream IT group. You will work within the Change Management Office and will utilize a standard change management methodology (ProSci) and be responsible for conducting readiness assessments, helping develop change management plans and executing/implementing those plans.

Required Skills

• Proven experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Excellent facilitation experience
• Solid understanding of change process and how it affects individuals and organizations
• Strong understanding of Project Management Practices and Systems Delivery Lifecycle
• Proven ability to do detailed tactical work but also the ability to think about the big picture
• Experience/ability to take a practical approach to adapting and implementing methodologies according to corporate culture
• Some prior Oil and Gas IT experience would be very beneficial
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Action oriented personality with the ability to keep on top of many tasks simultaneously
