Our client, one of the largest IT and T organisation based in Melbourne CBD is looking for a Change Manager X 2
- Long term 12 months renewable contracts

Working with a team of IT professionals, this role will be responsible for delivering the planned change and fomulating the change processes of a large scale enterprise systems upgrade
Required skill-set, attributes and knowledge:
- 5+ years organisational change management delivery experience, gained on large-scale change programs
- Previous experience implementing process and technology change (SAP experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and process analysis skills, with experience undertaking detailed business impact assessments and managing activities to address impacts
- Previous experience conducting business readiness assessments and transition activities.
- Very strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong successful working relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience gained in large organisations with a varied and dispersed workforce
- Capable of managing multiple demands and deal with ambiguity
- Team player with a hands on collaborative approach
