A new 3 month contract opportunity exists for a Systems and Reporting Analyst to join this Global Organisation based in inner CBD.
The Systems and Reporting areas of Financial Accounting is responsible for the following key tasks;
- To provide timely and accurate information and analysis to support Finance, Sales and Alliances in meeting their objectives for the future of the company.
- Creating an Internal Controls environment that ensures that all expenditure is correctly authorised and to ensure that the financial position of the company is timely and accurately recorded.
- Writing efficient complex postgreSQL to meet urgent short term reporting requirements
Liaising with Data Warehouse team as required to enable them to complete long term data warehouse development; - Report authoring in Cons BI or TM1
- Creating and maintaining accurate and complete documentation of Reporting Systems
Supporting financial systems projects as required
To be successful for this role you will require the following key experience and skills;
- postgreSQL (or strong ANSI SQL)
- Cons BI
- Cons TM1
- Web Development Skills
- Effective written & verbal communication skills
- Effective query writing skills
Desirable
- Project Management
Qualifications
- IT degree or Commerce/Business degree or related qualification or experience
- Demonstrated initiative to take ownership of challenges to drive outcomes
- Post qualification experience > 5 years
