The organisation:
FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Government and Finance.
The role:
FinXL currently are looking to engage a strong Senior QA Tester/lead to work on one of their key client sites, providing expertise within a fast moving agile delivery environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a start up environment that is now maturing into a very successful operation and has another 18months - 2 years worth of volume work.
The position will suit someone who is delivery focused that likes to work in a collaborative team environment and drive the success of an organisation. To be successful, you will need to have demonstrable commercial experience reviewing and clarifying requirements, creating test scenarios and test cases
Skill and experience required:
4+ years working as a software tester/Lead test analyst
Recent experience in sending and Receiving of files to 3rd party vendors and validation/testing of the data (SFTP or like)
Experience in a Campaign Management System but experience in SAP, CRM or data warehouse will suffice
Technical test lead with the ability to manage UAT
Experience working in an agile environment
Previously created test plans and test strategies
Creation of use cases/user stories from business requirements
Experience in automation of file transmission
Experience running showcases with business stakeholders
Well-developed planning and organisational skills with the ability to deal with complex issues, think broadly and laterally as well as possess attention to detail
