Urgent requirement for Service Desk Analyst, this is a contract role with a view to start immediately for an initial 1 month period.

The Role:

The successful candidate will have worked extensively in 1st and 2nd level support positions. Day to day duties include setting up/removing users, managing office moves and managing firewalls. You will get to complete morning server check lists and will also be tasked with resolving any issues on hardware, software and new software installs/upgrades. 
 
Technology skills required for this role;
 

  • Extensive experience working within a MS desktop operating environment using desktop management tools
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd Level support is essential
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Prior experience working within internal corporate service desk environment
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills are required for this role
