Description
You will join their development team in creating innovative web 2.0 applications integrated into a sophisticated back-end database. You will have experience of designing and coding high quality web and desktop interfaces, coding web 2.0 applications.You MUST be proficient in: HTML CSS AJAX JavaScript (JQuery, JSON). Any Photoshop skills would be an advantage (although not a prerequisite). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a talented and growing team of digital professionals, including other developers/programmers, account handlers, creatives and support staff.
Role description
- · Code Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 applications
- · Design User interfaces & prototypes
Technical Skills and experience should include
- · JavaScript & associated libraries (JQuery, JSON)
EXTjs would be advantageous
- · AJAX, CSS, HTML, XHTML
- · Strong web based user interface design
- · Relational Database Design
- · Photoshop (useful but not essential)
Education and experience
- · 3+ years. Experience in developing Web applications
The position is A 6 month contract, full time (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5.30pm) and is available immediately; the pay is £200-£300 per day. You will be based in their Greater Manchester offices.
