Our client is looking for a driven and innovative Interim Payroll Manager for an initial 3 month assignment. As the interim Payroll Manager you will be required to lead and coordinate the weekly and monthly payroll for 8,000 employees. You will be required to produce a monthly report and provide analysis on trends and frequencies to drive the business forward and add real value to the function.

A part of your role will be to upskill and share your knowledge with the team to create efficiencies and the foundations to build a successful payroll department.

You will be reporting to the head of HR in a culture that is open, friendly and hardworking who are not afraid to share ideas.

The role is for an initial 3 month period and will require someone with solid payroll management experience for a minimum employee base of 5,000. SAP knowledge and experience is also essential.
