Description
The Software Quality Assurance Test position will be responsible for managing relationships, providing production support, and coordinating testing activities for GWA applications. The QA Test Analyst will also be responsible for executing quality assurance testing, performing database validation testing, understanding business requirements, tracking defects and monitoring testing activity. This includes managing relationships with representatives, business partners and peers at other banks. The individual will act as subject matter expert on the development of testing approaches, methodologies and requirements.
Responsibilities:

Attend meetings with stakeholders and communicate effectively with clients and all levels of management, peers and organizations.
- Create and update Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Scripts, and Requirements Traceability Matrix documents.
- Follow testing strategy and recommend process and work product improvements.
- Document and analyze test results, produce status reports, and assist with defect management process.
- Plan, create and execute SQL scripts to be used for test validation.
- Assist with the execution of manual and automated scripts for requirement validation, integration, regression, performance and usability testing.
- Create and maintain reusable test data for manual scripts.
- Track, monitor and report on defects during testing initiatives.
- Read and apply applicable technical artifacts to create test scenarios and test scripts. (ieUse Cases, User Interface Specifications, etc.).
- Provide performance testing, 508 compliance testing and support for penetration testing.
- Provide production support for the GWA applications.
- After hours support as required to meet production support and test schedules.
- Other GWA project duties and analytical work as assigned.
- Travel may be required (5%).
Required Skills:

3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance tester and Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in writing SQL scripts required.
- Experienced with change management and defect tracking tools.
- Experience in JavaScript, VBScript, VB or VC++ is a plus.
- Experience with HP's Quick Test Pro automation tool is a plus.
