Senior Business Analyst - Life and Pensions, Investments
The position is within the Projects Department which is currently involved in projects such as the implementation of a replacement policy administration system for its unit linked business, the opening of new regional offices worldwide, new product developments etc.
The role requires a candidate with extensive Business Analysis, Investment Product, Process and Online Services/Technology experience. The candidate should be capable of taking on a true senior Business Analysis role in an Investment Product Development Project in the Online Services Workstream, and hit the ground running immediately.
*Bring a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role covering eg Investment and Life assurance product development, Business requirement gathering from multiple functional arrears of the Business (eg New Business, Funds, Switching, Premium Collection, Claims, Finance etc), Analysis of business requirements and recommendations for pragmatic effective solutions, Online services and technology, High standards in approach to and quality of requirements documentation.
*Must have significant experience of working in the Business in a life assurance company eg Operations departments, Technical Services, Funds Administration etc.
*Elicit requirements using interviews, 1:1 discussions, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, sample scenarios, task and workflow analysis, process flows, swim lanes, AS IS and TO BE, at all times using language understood by all stakeholders.
*Have extensive experience in Test Planning and Scripting of all business processes on Unit Linked and Life Assurance products on policy administration and online systems. Experience of automated test tools is also preferable.
