The ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) division ensures the competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets.
We are looking for a Method specialist with a Business Requirement Development & Management background.
You will operate within the Method Optimization & Support team, whose main mission and tasks is to implement, deploy and support the methodology aspects related to Business Requirement Development & Management:
To organize and animate the Sounding & Decision Board of the Business Analyst community;
To guide and support project team members in the application of the methodology to their projects;
To build and deliver methodology trainings to the BA skill members, across the group sites (Paris, Brussels, London, etc);
To contribute to the on-going improvement of the Business Requirement Development & Management method (guidelines, modelling tools, quality criteria, ), keeping in mind the consistency of methodology with the other sites of group (Paris, London, Bxl).

Good English oral communication: need to liaise with project members to understand their practice and needs
Good English written communication: able to write procedures and to formalize the request from the business

You are fluent in French for delivering coaching/training in France
Technical skills
You have a practical knowledge (minimum 5 years) of Software development life cycle(s), including:
Business requirements specifications
Process definition
Business modelling technique(s) (eg BPM, top/down functional analysis, programmatic tree, etc)
Business Test Requirement specification
You should have been exposed to process (re)engineering tools and practices, including:
Knowledge of industry standards (CMMi)
Knowledge of at least 2 modelling tools (knowledge of Mega is an asset)
Knowledge of at least 1 modelling language (UML, Bachman, .)
