Prior sales force validation (Service cloud)
Must have - JavaScript (HTML5)
Automation expertise for Account, order and case management within SFDC.
SQL skills to help triaging of issues
Web services experience (Good to have - RESTFUL/JSON)
Based on incoming SFDC requirements augment the test cases/scripts and automate the same as appropriate
Assist the team in triaging bugs found in Prod and QA env
Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
SFDC Certified professionals preferred
