Working for a world Leading generics and specialty Pharmaceutical organisation who currently requires multiple C+Q Engineers to work at their facility in Ireland.Working on their new refurbishment project - Removing current utilities and manufacturing lines and installing new utilities and a dry powder inhaler line.
Project Timelines
-Utilities Commissioning will start Nov / Dec 2013
-Equipment - Commissioning start Qtr 1 2014
-Process validation September 2014
Requirements
2x C&Q Utilities engineers to start in August
Experience of:
-Purified Water systems
-Compressed air
-HVAC
3 / 4 equipment C&Q engineers start September to complete the pre FAT and documentation work before the FAT / SATs start Dec / Jan
-Dry powder inhalation experience desired but not essential.
-Highly automated equipment lines (filling etc)
Duration of contracts from 6 months and the project itself will run for 18 months. And ASTM experience would be very useful.
There is also the potential for these contracts to move over to their second Project - new build on the back of the existing facility to include 3 / 4 filling lines, packaging lines and another dry powder inhaler line
Second Project Timelines
-2 year project approx.
The contractors can transition from the first to second project so approximately 3.5 years worth of work in total.
