As Support manager you will also be responsible for:
• Manage and develop the Support team that consists of 8 support technicians.
• Coordinate incidents and problems within the team and between departments.
• Customer communication related to incidents and service requests or other related matters.
• Budgeting for staff and staff related costs.
• Secure that the Support team meets all compliance requirements for the regulated markets that Net the company acts on.
• Secure that staff have adequate skills and training to operate the different solutions within the department.

What's your background?
We believe the ideal candidate has excellent management skills and strong technical background.

It is preferred that you also have knowledge and experience within the following:
• Experience from operations of IT systems and support functions
• A minimum of 3 year experience from a managerial position
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Academic degree
Since our working language is English high proficiency in English, both written and oral, paired with excellent documentation skills.
