Oracle - Oracle Developer - OWB - PL/SQL - Data Analyst Skills - Load Tuning and Automation - £monthsMy Client is a leading FMCG organisation who is looking for a Oracle (OWB) developer who can manage a high amounts of data. You will be joining the Oracle team who are based in the SW England for a 7month contract with possible extensions.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) repository creation/configuration/monitoring, mapping/process flow development, OMB Scripting, deployments- some data modeling
-Interpreting and implementing business requirements for ETL development
-Performing in depth unit testing for all enhancements/new development - including data analysis for verification of accuracy and performance tuning for optimal execution
-Adhering to existing ETL development and load management Standards and Processes
-Managing timely written and verbal communication on project progress, load status, issue tracking, and concerns for management attention and/or escalation
Required Skills:
-Detail-oriented
-Strong Coordination Skills
-5 years PL/SQL Experience
-5 years OWB ETL Experience (code/debug/fix/QA Prod issue)
-Strong Data Analyst Skills (Oracle-SQL,PL/SQL )
-Strong ETL Architecture Skills (Kimball Methodology)
Desirable Skills
-Experience with TOAD (Oracle/DB2)
-Experience with ETL Load Tuning and Automation
-HP UNIX Scripting
