A new position has become available within a fast growing managed services provider for the successful candidate to implemented ITIL services with their large clients. You would be providing a consultancy service to their clients, as well as developing the service framework. You would own the day to day relationship with the clients, and discuss new client requirements and opportunities.
Essential
SLAManagement
Project management - such as service desk transitions
ITIL
Technical background (understanding of Windows, VMWare, Citrix & Cisco)
Consultancy & Leadership for key clients to provide solutions
This is an exciting role working with key clients and implementing practises and procedures allowing the business to grow and service large clients in the future.
