Description
Our client requires a short term resource (3-4 weeks) to assist with the initial stages of a large systems deployment (HRIS). You will provide guidance in the design and the development of system parameters for configuration, coming from a strong background in solutions architecture/BA.
Please note that you MUST be able to start by the 24th June to apply for this role
Requirements;
- Demonstrated experience/understanding of deploying HRIS system
- At least 5 years experience in Solutions Architecture/Business Analyst, with strong examples of previous deployments
- Proven ability to write/edit functional & technical specifications, as well as communicationg the information to stakeholders
- Exceptional understanding of database logic & design
- Identify the configuration requirements for the selected system in accordance with the agreed specifications
- Develop a change and communication plan for requirements, changes and the implications on the solutions
- Identify test plans & scripts and oversee testing to ensure delivery of quality solutions once the solution is identified
- Map business process to system standard functionality, identify gaps and provide alternatives, map business process, document findings
- Convene and facilitate workshops as necessary to derive user requirements & priorities
- Drive the design, documents and development of business requirements
- Consult with project teams, vendors, stakeholders and SME's
- Develop gap analysis documentation (BA Skills)
- Develop a detailed implementation project schedule, highlighting key mile stones and deliverables.
- Identify the requirements for configuration, testing and implementation of HR modules; recruitment, training, OH&S, performance

Who are you?
Snr BA/Solutions Architect in between contracts, looking to adopt a consulting role in the interim. Excellent client facing skills mixed a strong technical ability and a greater understanding of the 'bigger picture'. Project sound familiar? Done something similar before?
