SAP Basis Consultant (Netweaver) - Brussels, Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH, DUTCH and/or FRENCH is a plus
Skills and experience:
Experienced SAP Basis administration consultant?
Profound knowledge of SAP NetWeaver basis layer?
ABAP/Java technology knowledge required?
Experience with installations, system copy, support packages, enhancement packages, installations and upgrades,
Solid experience in term of problem, performance troubleshooting, solving?
Experience with Unicode migrations and OS/DB migrations?
Knowledge of SAP BO suite and Sybase products is a plus?
SAP certification in SAP NetWeaver and OS/DB migration is a must
Excellent problem-solving skills?
Assess risks and criticality of issues to appropriately prioritise issues?
Client oriented?
Good teaming and communication skills?
Open to new approaches and willing to share experience with team members?
Systematic perspective and standardised approach
Stress resistant?
Flexible and willing to perform planned interventions outside of business hours
Participation in on-call rotation is required (+/- 1 week per quarter)
Description of work:
The candidate will be integrated in the third level support team and will participate actively in the coordination, support and deployment of projects.
He will perform enhancement support package installations, upgrades and migrations of SAP systems and will give support to our customers.
The knowledge of SAP ABAP and Java technology is really a prerequisite for the Job.
