Configuration Engineer
Hampshire
7 Month Contract
A global defence company are currently looking to recruit a Configuration Engineer to join them on a 7 month contract. The role will involve maintaining, structuring and recording data, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and becoming familiar with the configuration management requirements.
Essential experience:
*Working knowledge of Configuration Accounting Processes
*Experience with Drawing/Design office, RN maintainer or similar
*Working knowledge of RN Ships Technical Documentation and processes
Ideally you will have:
*Background within a Naval/Technical Engineering
*An understanding of quality systems ideally SSDD Knowledge
*An understanding of technical drawings and their significance to each ship and the through-life support
